Jason Roth is a founding member of the firm.  Mr. Roth has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1995, and is also a member of the New York Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. He received his J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. at the University of Connecticut. Mr. Roth is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States Bar, and is a member of New Jersey Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association of New Jersey), and the Bergen County Bar Association. Mr. Roth is also a Matrimonial Mediator, Civil Mediator, and Foreclosure Mediator. He further serves as an Early Settlement Panelist.
